We offer a 7-day return policy with a full refund on eligible returns. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact, and the return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

For exchanges, a ₹200 shipping and handling fee will be charged per exchange request. The exchanged item will be dispatched after the original product has been received and inspected.

Please note that dresses in sizes above XL are specially made to order. As these items are custom-made specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
