Yes, for order change/cancellation you have to message/whatsapp/email us if your order has already been dispatched neither it can’t be cancelled nor it can be changed.

Order will become RTO when customer refused to accept the order or courier executive is not able to contact customer we will redispatch the order but COD facility will not be available for that customer.
